We had a great time in South Wales, This lovely house was perfect in size, comfort and location; hope to be back before Christmas. A wonderful cottage with everything we needed. We had a lovely time in South Wales; the children loved Barry Island, Techniquest and the international swimming pool. Would definitely recommend to family and friends; hope to come back next year. We had a lovely holiday; the children loved the Big Pit museum and the international swimming pool in Cardiff with all the slides. The cottage was very relaxing and the park opposite was an added bonus for the children. What a great house, centrally located for us, wish we had made our stay linger. The countryside is just wonderful, the house had all the "mod cons" we needed and that made our stay comfortable and happy. Thanks for a great week, really great location for getting around. Had a good day at St.Fagins and the animal wall in Cardiff, very impressive. The house has everything you could need; we will try to come back next year to see things we missed this time. It is a fantastic accommodation, bright and clean, modern but traditional, full of interesting details that make all the difference. We enjoyed our short holiday in your lovely house. Lovely house and central place to visit South Wales and the Brecon Beacons, We came for the Heinekin Cup at the Millennium Stadium. Good holiday accommodation, thank you very much. Staying at your cottage as made me feel so at home, I do not want to go home. Pheobe and Ray have been such a blessing, Nancy and I with their help have done everything on the "to visit list" and then some. I have taken over 500 pictures and will email some to you. Second time for us and we have again enjoyed our stay, we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family, good services to Cardiff and surrounding areas, We will be back. This is the second time we have stayed here, having lived in the area before it's so convenient to catch up with friends and it makes life a lot simpler to have a lovely place to stay with all the comforts of home, we will be back Thank you for letting us this wonderful "home from home". We have had a fantastic few days visiting our brother in Whitchurch. The house has been perfect for us, our baby and dog 'belle' has had the best time roaming the Welsh hills. Thank you so much for those very comfortable nights in such a welcoming venue. All the family were able to get ready for the wonderfully happy wedding we came for in a comfortable house with everything to hand. We would certainly come back and thank you again. August/Sept 2010 Had a lovely stay in Pengam and enjoyed the lovely house, it's a great family holiday house and we enjoyed staying here. With or without a car its very central with good public transport links to most places, would love to return here, Thank you. Had a wonderful and very comfortable 3 night stay in your lovely cottage. It was perfect for us to have our own space with all the fantastic views and yet even better so we could easily visit family. Had a fantastic weeks stay in your lovely cottage, caught up with close friends whilst visiting. Fantastic scenery and views, visited lots of places, the Big Pit is a must and Barry Island even in the rain is cracking. Definitely coming back again. P.S. Doctor Who was fab too!! Lovely house, felt at home, the house being central to all things we needed. We came down for the Speedway Grand Prix and also had a fantastic week visiting the Big Pit (free entry), Caves, Caerphilly Castle and Llancaiach Faur Manor all of which are highly recommended. Had a wonderful week, house had everything and was very comfy, the back garden was very secure and a sun trap. Been a great base for Caerphilly, Big Pit, Cardiff Bay, The caves, Dinosaur Park and the excellent beaches of the Gower. The most well presented and well equipped accommodation that we have used, we came down for a family gathering on the hottest weekend of the year, visited Big Pit which we highly recommend, for good food, real ales and a warm welcome the nearby "Coal Hole" public house is excellent. Hope to return and will recommend to friends and relatives upon our return to the midlands. A great find for us, your house was lovely to stay in and very well equipped, we will definitely be coming back as the house is only a stones through from local family and our girls are desperate to use the local play area, May 2010 Thank you very much for a great few days - everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Went to Ferndale to see where our mum grew up. Haven't been there since 1973 Thanks you Jan for your hospitality. The house was great, we didn't want to go to work! Hope to stay again next year. Thanks again. Came back for a second visit in your lovely home. We have enjoyed it as much in the winter as we did in the summer. Great walks. Spent an afternoon at the Royal Regiment of Wales (Brecon) Museum. Very interesting, would recommend. Looking forward to the next visit. Just a note to say we had a great time and your cottage had everything we could have wanted, we will be coming back.
